With our benefits advisement process, we pay close attention to collecting accurate information. Throughout our review process, we advise and educate our clients to:

  • Identify potential benefits and risks.
  • Assess, evaluate, and share information concerning the eligibility standards of each benefit programs

We provide:

  • All information in a non-judgmental manner so that the client can make an informed decision.
  • A detailed report containing a benefits summary and analysis

SCENARIO ADVISEMENT

Our goal is to make sure that clients understand the impact that working on their benefits whether they full time or part-time work.  Our clients are empowered to make informed decisions using these steps:

  • Identify each client’s work goals and potential.
  • Gather all the information, analyze the information and develop a report for each client
  • Provide written information for comparison of full-time work and part-time work.
  • Inform the client of the impact of work on their health care coverage such as Medicare and Medicaid.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Connecting the client to other community resources and service is imperative to the client’s financial independence. We provide the client with the following information:

  • Nonprofit and community resources.
  • Financial management resources for long term goals.
  • Monitor and update them on current job opportunities.
  • Assist the client in a manner that will increase their self-sufficiency and benefits management skills.
  • Conduct outreach, consumer education, and professional networking opportunities.
